Deposit Requirements

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot.

The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash, cashapp . If payment page doesn't show please send deposit to Zelle N (240) 556 3418 name LILIAN NKON.

Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

No show Appointments

No show appointments will be charged full price of the cost of the service and may not be allowed from booking with us in the future.

Your hair must be 4' (inches) long, washed and blown dry straight before service. No oils in your hair.
Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting touch up.
